Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the HilexX marketing website. Use of the HilexX OS platform itself is governed by a separate written agreement entered into with each customer firm.

HilexX is currently in beta. The platform is early software, features may change or be withdrawn, availability is not guaranteed, and beta access is provided on an as-is basis without any service level commitment. Beta access is free during the beta period, is limited, and may be withdrawn or ended at our discretion. We will contact beta participants before any paid pricing applies to their account.

Information on this website is provided for general product information. Product capability, plan inclusions and pricing are indicative ahead of launch and may change. Nothing on this website forms an offer or a commitment to deliver a specific feature by a specific date.

HilexX OS is practice software. It does not provide accounting, taxation, legal, architectural, planning or financial advice. It is not bookkeeping software, a general ledger, payroll software, or a replacement for ATO lodgement systems. Professional obligations remain with the firm.

The HilexX name, logo, website content and platform remain the property of HilexX. Customers retain ownership of the data they put into their workspace.

Use of the platform is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of the customer agreement.

Service availability commitments and support response targets will be set out in the customer agreement. We are not publishing service level figures on this website until they are formally committed.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The full liability position will be set out in the reviewed customer agreement.

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Australia. The specific jurisdiction will be confirmed in the final reviewed wording. Questions can be sent to hello@hilexx.com.
