By using the HilexX website you agree to these terms. HilexX is a technology development company building games, applications and websites. The website is provided for information about the company, its services and its products.

These company terms do not replace product-specific terms. Individual HilexX products may publish their own terms, licence or end user licence agreement — for example the RALYNT Terms of Use — and use of the HilexX OS platform is governed by a separate written agreement entered into with each customer.

The HilexX name, logo, product names, website content, designs and software remain the property of HilexX. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without written permission. Customers retain ownership of the data and material they provide to us.

Do not use this website to attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, scrape at a volume that degrades it, submit misleading or automated form entries, or break the law. Further conditions are set out in the Acceptable Use Policy.

This website links to sites operated by others, including the HilexX OS application at a separate address. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Website content is provided for general information. Product capability, availability, plan inclusions and pricing are indicative ahead of release and may change. Nothing on this website is an offer or a commitment to deliver a specific feature by a specific date, and nothing on it is professional advice.

The website and any online services are provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, HilexX is not liable for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
