Privacy Policy

When you submit a demonstration enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, company, industry, team size, an optional phone number, your preferred contact method and what you'd like to improve. We also record the date of your enquiry.

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration and communicate with you about HilexX OS. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Enquiries are written server-side and stored in a database that is not readable from any browser. Access is limited to authorised HilexX personnel. Website enquiry data is held separately from customer workspace data in the HilexX OS application.

HilexX is in beta. Information submitted through beta applications is used to assess and manage beta participation and to contact you about the beta. Our practices may be updated as the platform matures, and this policy will be updated accordingly.

Optional analytics cookies are only used if you allow them. Nothing is loaded before you choose. See the Cookie Notice for the detail.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our conversation with you, and delete them on request.

You may request access to, correction of, or removal of the personal information we hold about you by contacting privacy@hilexx.com. We will respond as quickly as we reasonably can.

HilexX intends to handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. The final wording of this policy, including complaint-handling steps and the process for escalating to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, will be confirmed with a qualified adviser before launch.
