AI Use Statement

AI features in HilexX OS assist with everyday practice work: summarising a client file or long document, drafting correspondence, extracting details from supplied material, and suggesting the next step on a job. It supports the work; it does not make decisions on the firm's behalf.

AI output is a draft. It must be reviewed by a qualified person before it is relied upon or sent to a client. HilexX OS does not provide accounting, tax, legal, architectural or financial advice, and AI output is not a substitute for professional advice.

AI-assisted actions are visible in the workspace so a person can see what was generated and change it. Firms control which AI features are enabled for their team.

Content sent to AI features is processed to produce the requested result and returned to the workspace. Specific model providers, processing locations and retention periods will be listed in the Data Processing summary and confirmed before general availability.

AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. It should never be treated as a source of truth for figures, dates, obligations or regulatory requirements without checking the underlying records.

AI capability will continue to develop. Material changes to how AI features work will be communicated to customers, and this statement will be updated alongside them.
